HELP NIGHT'S TONIGHT!!!

Just to remind everyone the first help night for 'The Producers' is tonight at 7.45pm

Location: Tonbridge Juddians Rugby Club, The Slade, Tonbridge TN9 1HR

If you don't know the show, it's a chance for you to come and find out what it's all about, meet the production team and ask them questions, as well as find out what roles we will be auditioning and the songs we will be asking you to sing and dance at the auditions.

Welcome!

Hi folks, welcome to the first LAMPS blog! First let me introduce myself - I'm Andrew Swann (Swanny to pretty much everyone who knows me) and I'm the Director of the LAMPS' autumn 2011 production, Mel Brooks' "The Producers".

I'm particularly excited to be heading up this show as it's going to be quite a challenge both logistically and artistically - But who said anything that was worth doing was going to be easy :-)

Over the next 4 months (and I can't quite believe it's exactly 4 months to the day until curtain up!) I want to give you a bit of an insight (hopefully a fairly unique one) into what's happening with the show and how rehearsals are progressing.

And finally, as a special gift to you, our wonderful readership (just to make sure I don't bore everyone too much) I'm going to be asking different members of the team (both on and off stage) to write a guest entry every now and again to give you the story from their perspective...!
